This workshop will be a wander into plant communication followed by an all-levels yoga session.
We begin outside, with guided activities that tune us into the Earth, explore our senses and help us to learn to listen to the herbal helpers showing themselves on the day.
There will be options for indoor activities if the weather is poor.
