A 75 minute, all-levels, breath-centred slow flow class, incorporating powerful, strong poses with fun, juicy movement.
We will stay close to the ground, find the fire in our bellies, and the openness of our hearts.
Classes will honour the Earth around us, including a dedication, offering and meditation, and close with a guided visualization.
